Welcome to The Verdict. By using our app you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are short.

What The Verdict is

The Verdict is an entertainment app. It uses AI to read conversations you submit and returns commentary, scores, and "verdicts." It is not advice — relationship, legal, psychological, or otherwise. Treat every result as entertainment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use The Verdict. By using the app you confirm that you are.

Your content

You are responsible for the conversations you submit. By submitting content you confirm you have the right to share it. Do not submit content that is illegal, or that you obtained without permission.

We process your submitted content solely to generate your result and do not retain transcripts afterward, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, defame, or harm another person.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Resell or commercially exploit results without our written permission.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some features require a one-time unlock or a subscription. Prices are shown before you buy. Purchases are billed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

No warranties

The app is provided "as is." AI output can be wrong, biased, or absurd. We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any purpose, and you use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Verdict is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or from any decision you make based on a result.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
